Thank you for considering me in your hair journey. Here are some tips for those who are new here:

• Visit the service menu guide here to determine what kind of appointment we need to book.

• You can either book your appointment here or fill out the contact form below if you still need assistance.

• If you're unsure of what appointment to book and reach out to me, please include a current clear picture of your hair, a picture of your goal, your budget (I have a variety of services with different price points to fit your needs), and what days/times work best for you.

• Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email or text that it was booked, and a reminder email or text 48 hours before your appointment.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice so I can offer your spot to someone else.

• If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule your next appointment.

• When you arrive for your appointment, you can let me know you are here, or you can just have a seat right outside my suite until I am ready.

• We have free parking, Wi-Fi, restrooms, and I keep a variety of snacks and beverages in stock for you.

• I do not require masks, but if you would be more comfortable wearing one or with me wearing one just let me know.
